CASPIAN—The third annual Iron County Historical Museum super sale rummage fundraiser will open the doors on Friday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m.
“Our museum resale round-up is on now. Those wishing to donate resalable large and small ‘non-clothing’ goods to our sale, may bring them in any weekday, Monday through Thursday, from noon to 4 p.m. to the Iron County Museum, 100 Brady Ave., Caspian,” said a spokesperson for the rummage committee.
Shoppers wishing to browse and buy rummage are welcome to come in when the doors open at 10 on Friday, Sept. 21, and Saturday, Sept. 22. They are urged to come again the following week on Friday, Sept. 28, and Saturday, Sept. 29, because newly donated items will be regularly added to the 20-plus tables and floor displays.
“We have space (and customers) for anything from furniture and collectables to fine jewelry and linens. Holiday decorations, dozens of books, a wicker settee and even computer components are just a few of the great finds already priced and ready to go,” said the spokesperson. “Whether you donate or buy, your generosity will live on by funding the Carrie Jacobs-Bond roof project happening now on the grounds of the museum.”
The rummage committee members offer VIP customer service assurance.
“We make exceptions to the rules. Please contact us for an A-plus friendly, courteous and timely response. Volunteers will even work with those who would like to donate large items or quantities in need of pick-up before our second week’s sale.”
Call the museum at 265-2617, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, or contact Faye at 265-5637 to leave a call back message.
