  • This team was composed of players from Iron Mountain, North Dickinson and Iron River aged 11-12. The district 10 tournament took place July 7 in Norway at Marion Park. The team lost their first game to Kingsford 11-0. In the losing bracket they won against Escanaba 14-4 but then lost to Gladstone 15-2 . Kingsford beat Norway in the championship game.
    This team was composed of players from Iron Mountain, North Dickinson and Iron River aged 11-12. The district 10 tournament took place July 7 in Norway at Marion Park. Team Simbob Heating and Cooling

Team Simbob Heating and Cooling had an amazing 2023 season ending with a 10-1 record, losing their first game and winning the rest of the season. The semifinal and championship games were very close but Simbob Heating and Cooling persevered and ended up with the wins, becoming the 2023 Interleague 7-8 Softball Champions. The championship game took place July 13, at Marion Park in Norway. Team Simbob won 17-16 against Kingsford's First Bank.

Iron Mountain All-Star Minor League team

This team was made up of players aged 9-10 from Iron Mountain, North Dickinson, Crystal Falls and Iron River. The All-Stars won the Yooper 10 tournament on July 2. They then took on the District 10 tournament on July 13-19. The Iron Mountain team lost their first game to Norway 14-16 placing them in the losing bracket. The boys then fought their way out with wins over Kingsford 12-2  and Escanaba 21-7. Their final game was against Norway which was a loss at 6-12. The boys ended up with third place in the District 10 Tournament. Norway and Gladstone are in the championship.
