The Iron River Country Club hosted a golf scramble fundraiser for Preslie Mantsch and her family on Aug. 16. Three-year-old Preslie, the daughter of Tom and Nikki Mantsch, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in April and has been receiving treatments since. Her family has endured great expense during this time and the local community has offered to help in many different ways. The two-person scramble brought roughly 30 teams out for some fun on the links on a pleasant August Sunday afternoon.
