Pre-order plants during Beechwood’s plant sale
BEECHWOOD—The Beechwood Historical Society is holding its annual plant sale. Pre-orders of plants are requested for a pickup date of May 23. During this “stay-at-home” time, a list of available plants can be obtained for garden planning by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, private message Beechwood Historical Society or call 906-284-1501.
Plants that will be available for this fundraiser are tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, pickling and slicing cucumbers, butternut, acorn, zucchini and yellow crooked neck squash, pumpkins, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, greens, sunflowers and other flower and vegetable plants.
The Beechwood Hall is located 7 1/2 miles west of Iron River at 178 Beechwood Store Rd., north of U.S. 2. Signs will be posted.
