Iron County Hunter Safety sets class dates
IRON RIVER / CRYSTAL FALLS — Iron County Hunter Safety organizers have announced the spring classes schedule for this year.
For the Iron River area, classes will be held in the West Iron County School cafeteria from 4-6 p.m. on April 27, April 28, April 30 and May 1. Pre-registration is not required, just come to the class. The Hunter Safety Field Day will be held on May 2 at Camp Gibbs Recreation Area beginning at 8 a.m.

For the Crystal Falls area, classes will be held in the Forest Park bus garage from 5:30-7:30 p.m. April 6-10.
The Hunter Safety Field Day will be held on May 2 at Camp Gibbs Recreation Area beginning at 8 a.m. Busing will be made available for participants from the Crystal Falls area. For questions on the Crystal Falls class, call Dave Ponchaud at 906-458-2357 or Cliff Santi at 262-385-0288.
Classes are for anyone 10 years old and up and are completely free.
All classes are required for certification.
Hunter Safety certification is mandatory at age 12.
