Hunter safety courses set in IC
IRON RIVER—Two hunter safety courses are set to begin in Iron County.
One course will be held at the West Iron County High School Cafeteria and the other at Forest Park High School.
Each course begins on Tuesday, April 21 with a class from 6-8 p.m. The course will also be held on Thursday, April 23, on April 28 and April 30, each from 6-8 p.m.
The final day of the course will be held on Saturday, May 2, a field day at Camp Gibbs for all county students.
All classes are required for certification. Hunter safety certification is mandatory at age 12.
There are no fees for the course.
