Camp big buck

Dan Schive of Iron River harvested a big 10-pointer on Michigan firearm deer season opener, Nov. 15, at what he likes to call “camp” located in the Sunset Lake area. The buck didn’t leave a blood trail, and after about 10 minutes he followed and found it. He then called his hunting partners to help get it out of the woods. “We will enjoy steaks and whole bunch of different kinds of venison sausages from Meyers,” said Schive. (submitted photo)
