Christmas Art Fest offers locally crafted gift items, wreaths, more

IRON RIVER—The 40th annual Christmas Art Fest will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Stambaugh Elementary School gym, located at 700 Washington Ave.
    A variety of arts and crafts will be featured, and shoppers will see many familiar faces at vendor booths, as well as new displays and products.
    Local craft and artisan items include fresh pine wreaths, candles, soaps and lotions, healing balms, photographs and note cards, copper, stone and beaded jewelry, leathercraft items, handmade journals, bird houses, honey, cookies, jams, antipasto, breads, fabric crafts, baby items, local author books, evergreen centerpieces and holiday décor.
    There will also be products from JR Watkins, Scentsy, Pink Zebra, Jordan Essentials, LuLaRoe, Mary Kay and more.
    Proceeds from the vendors will go to the West Iron County PTA’s fund to purchase winter clothing items for children.
    A door prize drawing will take place during the event. Coffee and a luncheon will be available.
