Christmas Art Fest moves to IC Museum

CASPIAN — This year, the Christmas Art Fest craft show will be held at the Iron County Historical Museum in Caspian.
The show will take place on Nov. 23 and coincide with the opening of the museum’s Christmas Tree Galleria.
For over 40 years, shoppers had started holiday shopping early by purchasing locally made gifts and decor at the annual arts and crafts show that had been held at Stambaugh Elementary School.
Many of the familiar crafters will participate in the Christmas Art Fest at the museum.
The one-day show will run during the same hours as the Galleria on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The opening ceremony of the Christmas Tree Galleria will take place during the art show at 2 p.m.
Crafters will be set up in 8-foot spaces throughout the LeBlanc Gallery and the Heritage Hall.
