Children experience ‘Living History’ at IC Museum

The Iron County Museum recently offered a three-day living history program for children ages 7-12. The students took part in workshop activities such as homesteading chores as well as traditional pioneer children’s games and handmade crafting. The activities taught participants how life was lived in the late 1800s, including a sampling of recreational activities children of yesteryear enjoyed during a much simpler time. -- photos by Kris Isaacs
