Bryan Bowers to perform at January Second Sunday Folk Dance

CRYSTAL FALLS—The Second Sunday Folk Dance will present veteran folk performer Bryan Bowers on Sunday, Jan. 11.  The concert starts at 4 p.m. (central time) at the Fortune Lake Camp.
White Water (Dean and Bette Premo) host the Second Sunday concert/dance events, and along with friends Carrie and Susan Dlutkowski, will comprise the opening act. Bryan Bowers will then perform the featured concert.
Music for the dance portion of the evening is by The Front Parlor Dance Band, with dance calling by Steve Kickert.
All Second Sunday Folk Dance events begin promptly at 4 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and free for children ages 15 and under.
The remaining line-up of guest musicians for the 30th season includes Aallotar (Feb. 8), Red Tail Ring (March 8), and Shari Kane and Dave Steele (April 12).
Again this year, the SSFD offers an old-time music jam session, led by fiddler Bob Arthur, in the dining hall from 1-3 p.m. Those interested can bring an instrument (including their voice) and play-along. There is no charge for the jam session.
