‘Memory meal’ to support FP technology
CRYSTAL FALLS—Forest Park Schools will hold a “memory meal” fundraiser to support students’ access to technology from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 23 at the VFW in Crystal Falls.
The fundraiser has become an annual event and the theme for this year’s fundraiser is “past businesses and their signature dishes to bring a little nostalgia to a good cause.”
The meal will feature Westwood’s chicken, potatoes and polenta and raspberry pie from Fob’s Restaurant, made by Chad Fabbri and family.
Cost is $8 per meal.
Those interested can purchase a meal from any Forest Park student. Or donations are being accepted by check, payable to Forest Park Schools, Attn: Kurt Anderson, 801 Forest Parkway, Crystal Falls, MI 49920.
All proceeds will go toward the purchase of new technology for K-12 students at Forest Park.
The VFW basement will also be open. All proceeds from the basement will go to the VFW.
