IRON RIVER — Roger T. Linna, 91, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the Iron River Care Center. A graveside service was held on Friday, Aug. 11, at Resthaven Cemetery with Deacon Terry Verville having officiated. The West Side Veterans accorded Military Rites at the graveside. ITASCA, Ill. — Robert Shultz died unexpectedly at work on July 19, 2023, at the age of 46. Robert was born on June 22, 1977 in Milwaukee, Wis. to Irvin and Sheila Schultz. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Charles Bennett and Mary Catherine Hayden, Irvin Schultz and Mary Walker; and Aunt and Uncle Delores and Ronald Johnson. A service is scheduled Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church in Inverness, Ill., with a celebration of life immediately following the service.

IRON RIVER — Scott D. Sprague, 52, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 21, 2023. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 9:30 - 11 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — Kathy Lynn Shubat-Yee, 70, passed away at home on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022, after a three-year battle with ALS. A graveside burial ceremony will be held Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. at the Stambaugh Cemetery officiated by Father Daniel Fosu.
