IRON RIVER — Gerald “Bun” L. Bonno, age 88, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, April 13, 2019, of apparent cardiac arrest with his loving family by his side.  Honoring his wishes, there will be no services. John Bostwick
ATLANTIC MINE — John S. “JB” Bostwick, 49, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the UP-Health Marquette Hospital following a lengthy battle with cancer.     Funeral services for JB will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at Grace United Methodist Church of Houghton with Rev. Vicky Prewitt officiating.  Burial will be in the spring.  Visitation was held Tuesday, April 30, from 4-7 p.m. at the church. Bobby Nordstrom
DULUTH, Minn. — Bobby Joe Nordstrom, age 43, died on April 19, 2019, after a hard-fought, courageous battle with melanoma.  Bobby was born on Sept. 8, 1975, in Stambaugh to Richard and Patricia Nordstrom.  The family will greet visitors on Wednesday, April 24 from 10 -11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church on M-189 in Iron River. A memorial service officiated by Pastor John Fish will begin at 11 a.m.  A luncheon will follow the service.

Annette Puckett
IRON RIVER — Annette L. Puckett, age 82, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019, at Oakridge Gardens in Menasha, Wis.  Visitation was held Tuesday, April 23, from 9-10:45 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.  Funeral service followed at 11 a.m. with Pastor Della Rosenow officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Alvin, Wis. Condolences may be expressed to the family of Annette L. Puckett online at www.jacobsfuneralhomeir.com. Leah Casagranda
CRYSTAL FALLS TOWNSHIP — Leah Casagranda, died on April 13, 2019, at her home. She was born July 11, 1933, in Amasa to Norman and Sadie (Goard) Peryam.     Visitation will be on Friday, April 26, from 9–10 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church in Amasa. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. on Friday at the church. Pastor Vicky Prewitt will officiate. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Crystal Falls.
