CRYSTAL FALLS — Catherine M. Pollack, 77, passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2020, at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, Green Bay, Wis.

She was born April 10, 1943, in Crystal Falls, daughter of the late Gregory and Charlotte (Colony) Frisque. Catherine was a longtime resident of Crystal Falls. On March 26, 1960, she was united in marriage to Charles Pollack at St. Mary Catholic Church, Rhinelander, Wis. She worked for Frito Lay sorting potatoes for eight years in Sugar Camp, Wis. before moving back to Mansfield.

Catherine enjoyed gardening, knitting, canning, baking, riding on the KaBota side by side and especially the time spent with family and friends.

Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Chuck of Mansfield; three sons, Tom (Vickie) Pollack of Eagle River, Wis., Roy (Joy) Pollack of Sugar Camp and Scott (Anne) Pollack of Sugar Camp; one daughter, Terry (Bill) Zmek of Eagle River; one brother, Arthur L. Frisque of Rhinelander; and 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by one son, Greg Pollack; two brothers, Floyd and Kenneth Frisque; and one sister, Louise Frisque.

In accordance with Catherine’s wishes, private visitation and funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Sugar Camp Cemetery, Sugar Camp.

Catherine will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
