Reward in missing person case
IRON RIVER—The Iron River Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction if foul play is involved in the case of a missing Iron River man.
Christopher Karl Regan, 53, was last seen in the area on or around Oct. 14. Regan is a 6-foot, 170-pound white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a T-shirt, jeans, unknown footwear and probably a watch. His car keys and cell phone are missing.
Regan’s vehicle, a gray 2013 Hyundai Genesis 2-door coupe, was found parked and locked at the west end of the MDOT park-and-ride lot at the corner of U.S. 2 and Bates-Amasa Road.

The investigation is continuing, and bulletins with Regan’s picture are being posted around the county. The reward money is underwritten by Michigan Backcounty Search and Rescue.
