CRYSTAL FALLS—An Iron River man pleaded not guilty to making a threat against Ski Brule at a hearing on March 12 in Iron County Trial Court.
Michael Steven Gordon, 23, was charged with one count of threatening to commit an act of terrorism, a 20-year felony, in late February. He was also charged with one count of possession of a marijuana, a one-year misdemeanor.
Gordon was also given a habitual offender second offense notice. He was convicted of attempt to commit stolen property in California in 2014. The habitual offender notice could subject Gordon to 1½ times the maximum sentence on the primary offense.
