BEECHWOOD—The 11th annual Apple Festival and Craft and Flea Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30 at the Beechwood Hall.
Come join the old-fashioned fun to celebrate Johnny Appleseed’s 249th birthday and take a turn at the cider press (with free cider for the tasting). There will also be apple jellies, jams and other baked goods (including apple pies) for sale, a single servings sale table for all kinds of apple recipes, a Best Apple Pie Contest, free crafts and other activities for children, cornhole and numerous vendors on the grounds.
Also, there will be a youth archery range with all equipment and instructors provided. Brat and hot dog lunches will be sold and a one-day basket raffle.
