WIC’s Lundin named all-state

IRON RIVER — West Iron County senior lineman Nathan Lundin was recently selected to the Michigan Associated Press All-State Division 7-8 football team.
Lundin was the lone Upper Peninsula representative on either the first or second teams.
Three Iron Mountain players were given honorable mention – running back Caleb Evosevich-Hynes, lineman Caleb Burkland and linebacker Bryce Pietrantonio. The Mountaineers are still alive in the MHSAA playoffs, which have been delayed since mid-November.
The all-state team was selected by a statewide panel of sports writers.
