BARAGA COUNTY – A women owning and appreciating woodlands event hosted by the Iron Baraga Conservation District and many other partners will be held on Saturday, March 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST

Are you looking for ways to enjoy and benefit from your local forest? Join this event for the day to learn about wildlife, forest management and forest health. Network with local forest professionals and meet other women who love the outdoors! 

Children are welcome, there will be activities for them to participate in.

Please dress for the weather, snowshoes may be needed.

Bring your own lunch if desired, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies are provided.

Meet at the Alberta Ford Forest in Baraga County in Alberta (about 45 minutes from Crystal Falls).
