Caspian, IAHA sign management agreement

CASPIAN — The eight-month dispute between the city of Caspian and the Iron Amateur Hockey Association over a new management agreement ended at a special meeting of the parties on Oct. 26.     The city and the IAHA board agreed to a three-year agreement dated Oct. 27, 2020.
