IRON RIVER – The Carrie Jacobs-Bond Quilters displayed their quilts at the West Iron District Library (WIDL) for the month of March, which was National Quilt month. 

The Carrie Jacob-Bond Quilters is a non-profit organization who uses their skills in quilting to provide quilts for those in need through charitable organizations including U.S. Veterans, dialysis unit and foster care system. All funds raised support the on going community projects.

The Carrie Jacobs-Bond Quilters have been stitching love for residents of the Northwoods since 1985.
Quilting “Worker Bees” are held in Room 208 of the Windsor Center at 612 West Adams Street, on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. ending time will be determined. (Photos by Kevin Zini)
