ICMCF reports second positive case

CRYSTAL FALLS — The Iron County Medical Care Facility reported on Aug. 21 it had received notification that one of its employees has tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was tested during the facility’s weekly testing clinic held on Wednesday, Aug. 19. 
In a press release, ICMCF said it will review the case and work with the local health department to determine if any further action is necessary. 
“We will continue to test employees and residents on a weekly basis,” said Diversional Therapy Director Jessica Schultz.
ICMCF will provide updates to its employees, residents, and residents’ representatives and families through posts on its webpage, www.ironcountymcf.com in the emergency notification area as new information becomes available.
