IRON RIVER - A food distribution will be held in the Grace Covenant Church parking lot, 316 Jasper St. on Wednesday, March 13 starting at 1 p.m. This is in partnership with Feeding America West Michigan.
This is a first-come-first-serve event. Please have your backseats and or trunks cleared out before arriving in order to make the distribution move more quickly. If you are unable to attend, we do allow for proxy pickups, meaning someone you designate can pick up for you. That person just needs to know your name and address for the registration folks.
The remaining distributions will be on the following dates, May 8, July 10, Sept. 11 and Nov. 13.
To volunteer, please show up at the church at noon for orientation and set-up. We cannot set aside nor guarantee food for volunteers.
