CRYSTAL FALLS — The Crystal Falls District Library is inviting its patrons to take the 2020 Crystal Falls District Community Library survey.
The survey can be found on the library’s website or at forms.gle/yn4hGr1SXxjyKmdu7. There are also paper copies of the survey at the circulation desk for patrons who would rather fill it out using a paper and pencil.
“I have been the director for over a year now, and I would really like to hear from our patrons and the community about how we are doing,” Evelyn Gathu said. “I would especially love to hear how we can improve.”
The survey takes about five minutes to complete and is anonymous. Those completing the survey have opportunities to comment on the Crystal Falls District Library’s collections, programming, customer service, and facilities. There is also a section on COVID-19, asking how the library can better serve patrons in times of closure.
“We are looking forward to your feedback and implementing changes to make our library the best it can be,” Gathu said.
