Benefit for Glenn Heikkila

IRON RIVER – Iron River native, Glenn Heikkila has been diagnosed with NAFLD Cirrhosis and Cancer of the Liver. He is currently traveling back and forth to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota undergoing extensive testing to be placed on a waiting list  for a lifesaving liver transplant.

A spaghetti benefit dinner for Glenn will be held Saturday, April 6 starting 1 p.m. at the American Legion.

A fund account has been set up at CoVantage Credit Union. Any donation you are able to make is and will be greatly appreciated by the Heikkila family and will help them tremendously. All monetary donations will go towards travel, lodging and medical expenses.
