The stage was lit with the colors of Siam during the West End Players’ production of the King and I. The King, played by Jason Mattson, looks to gain a greater understanding of his children from Anna, the English tutor, who was played by Jessica Holroyd. Four performances were held at the Windsor Center on Thursday through Sunday.

IRON RIVER—The memory comes rushing back to Jane Bale as her voice quickens and her eyes light up.
The 6-month old boy from Gogebic County was brought to Jane and her husband Mark’s home in Bessemer in December 1980 with no blankets, no snow suit, not even any stockings.

 
DICSA can help purchase fuel

IRON MOUNTAIN—The Dickinson Iron Community Services Agency (DICSA) has grant funds to help residents of Iron County purchase deliverable fuel. Additional funds were granted to agencies throughout the state because of the severe winter and high fuel prices. Please check the following requirements to see if you are eligible.
