To the editor:
A sincere thank you to all who participated in the Iron County Museum’s grand opening program on May 31. To a background of happy music by Sally Blyze, the Golden K men provided and served delicious pancakes. Thank you, Golden K!  The Classic Farm Machinery group added interest to our day with their display of tractors and a demonstration of old equipment. Very fascinating

‘Rockin’ thank yous
To the editor:
There are so many ways that people in our community volunteer their time, treasures, and talents to help make Iron County a special place. Recently, 22 “big buddy” adults spent time with 20 “little buddies” at Rockin’ Robins, an outdoor nature program offered through Covenant Point Bible Camp.

Reader questions conflict of interest, curriculum
To the editor:
Our school system, West Iron County, is not putting the educational needs of our students first. In the past, an administrator was not allowed to coach any sport, but we have a principal Mike Berutti, coaching football in addition to being principal and athletics director.

Bloviating in Iron River
To the editor:
In the Iron County Reporter the articles regarding the City of Iron River are lately being reported in a positive spin regarding the City of Iron River City Government. Come now Iron County Reporter let’s be a little more realistic. It seems if the readers want the real news they have to read the letters to the editor.
