Chandra Ziegler’s kindergarten-1 class at Forest Park celebrated Earth Day in many ways. The students used minimal electronics, kept only one row of lights on, turned trash to treasure by creating recycled flowers, read many books, and picked up trash around the school property. The students were eager to help clean the earth and wanted to do more.
