IRON RIVER—Golden K of Iron County extends appreciation to the generous people of our communities which culminated in yet another successful Gifts from Santa program, whereby every resident of our county’s care centers will receive a $25 gift, a Christmas party and a visit from Santa.
Food, beverages and entertainment are being provided by the respective care centers. Family members are invited to attend the festivities.
The Christmas party for residents at the Iron County Medicare Facility (Tammy Sayers, 875-6671) is Dec. 18 at 2 p.m.; at the Iron River Care Facility (Donna Kataja, 265-5168) is Dec. 13 at 2 p.m.; and at the Boyington Place (Jennifer Riley, 265-6129) is Dec. 13 at 3 p.m..
For questions regarding the Christmas parties, please call the respective care center contact person listed.
Raffle prize winners were announced on WIKB radio on December 6 and are also being notified. Members of Golden K of Iron County appreciate the efforts given by the staff of each of the care centers in supporting the Gifts from Santa program.
