IRON RIVER— Youth, ages 9 to 19, are invited to the West Iron District Library on Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. to experience ‘hands on’ science activities that focus on the engineering of a bionic arm.
A total of five sessions will be held for this module; additional sessions will be on Tuesday, March 5, March 12 March 19, and March 26 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Youth are not required to attend all of the sessions, but it is suggested.

This program is free for participants, and a parent must attend with their son/daughter if they have not preregistered and completed the required registration materials.
TechXcite is a project being developed at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering and is a part of a National Science Foundation sponsored program. It is being offered in partnership with MSU Extension’s 4-H youth development programs.
