Big 4+ to hold annual picnic and trap shoot PDF Print E-mail

LONG LAKE, Wis.—The Big 4+ Sportsman’s Club will hold its annual membership picnic and trap shoot at its clubhouse on Settlement Road in Long Lake on Saturday, July 21.
 There will be activities for shooter and non-shooter alike. Trap shooting will begin at 8 a.m. Shooters participating in meat shoots can sign up at any time. Shooters participating in the 50-Bird Lewis shoot must sign up by 11 a.m.


 The picnic will begin at 11 a.m. with free food and beverages included in the price of a membership. Members are encouraged to bring a potluck dish to share.
 There will be raffles throughout the afternoon with prizes donated by area businesses. The drawing for the annual summer raffle will be at 4 p.m.
 This year’s prizes for the summer raffle are a Stevens 30-06 bolt action rifle, a 20-gauge Rossi single shot shotgun donated by Gary and Carol Schadrie, two face cords of firewood donated by Ed Borske, a tank-top heater donated by Bob Hartenberger and $50 cash.
