IRON RIVER—Steve Kickert will be featured at the regular meeting of the Beechwood Historical Society on Monday, Jan. 16, at 6 p.m. at the Beechwood Hall, located nine miles west of Iron River.

 Kickert, Conservation Education coordinator for the Ottawa National Forest, will speak on the topic of “History of Sylvania.”
 The business meeting will be held after the program. There is no charge and all are welcome.
