IRON RIVER—The “Friends” of the West Iron District Library have received a beautiful 58-1/2 x 66-inch, handmade quilt, donated by Jill MacPherson of Iron River, for a quilt raffle.

In addition to the quilt (first prize), the raffle includes a casino package for Lake of the Torches Casino, second prize; $100 cash, third prize.

Tickets are available from any member of the “Friends” Board or they can be purchased at the front desk at the library.

The drawing will be held on July 19 at the library. 

The “Friends” is a support group of the library and all funds generated by the organization will go to support the library.
